What collections does Chloe Fit offer?
Chloe Fit focuses on two core collections: Knitwear & Cashmere and Shirts & Blouses. Our Knitwear & Cashmere line features luxurious sweaters and gilets crafted for warmth and sophistication, while our Shirts & Blouses collection includes versatile tops designed for elegance from day to night.

Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, Chloe Fit ships within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days once your order is processed. Expedited delivery options are available at checkout for faster shipping.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Are sale items returnable?
No. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. For fitted items like our Lily Slim-Fit Shirt, we recommend checking your measurements carefully. If you are in between sizes, sizing up is often more comfortable.

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us immediately at support@chloefit.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
