At Chloe Fit, we want you to love your purchase of luxury women’s clothing. If you are not fully satisfied, we provide a simple and transparent return process. Please review the policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Accessories and gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Process
- Contact our customer care team at support@chloefit.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions for sending the item back.
- Once received, our quality team will inspect the item before processing your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return has been approved.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If expedited shipping was selected, those fees are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@chloefit.com with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to us.
