At Chloe Fit, we want you to love your purchase of luxury women’s clothing. If you are not fully satisfied, we provide a simple and transparent return process. Please review the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Accessories and gift cards are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@chloefit.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Once received, our quality team will inspect the item before processing your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return has been approved.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If expedited shipping was selected, those fees are also non-refundable.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@chloefit.com with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to us.
