Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Free Shipping Offers
- Free Standard Shipping: All U.S. orders automatically qualify for free standard delivery (5–7 business days).
- Free Expedited Shipping Over $100: Orders above $100 qualify for free expedited delivery (2–4 business days).
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Purchases made on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping (Free): 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Free for orders over $100): 2–4 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Delays and Exceptions
We always strive to meet delivery timelines; however, unforeseen factors such as weather, courier delays, or seasonal demand may cause slight variations. Chloe Fit is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at support@chloefit.com with your order number. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
